We’re thrilled to offer **FREE SHIPPING** on all orders over $80! Yay! If your order is under $80, no worries—we’ve got a flat rate shipping fee of just $6.99 for standard delivery and $11.99 for rural delivery.

Quick Dispatch
We know you can’t wait to get your Squishies, so we make it our mission to ship your goodies within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll get right on it the next business day!

Delivery Time
You can expect your purchase to arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch (just a little longer for our rural friends). Keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed dates.

A Few Important Notes
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order! We can’t be responsible for any undelivered packages due to incorrect details. Once your order is dispatched, we can’t change the address, so make sure it’s all good to go!

Oh, and we don’t ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address.

Shipping to Australia and Beyond
For our Aussie pals, we offer a flat rate of $NZ 25.00 for standard tracked shipping. Your order will usually arrive within 3-10 days after we dispatch it. Happy shopping!

Packaging
Our bowls and plates come in eco-friendly packaging that is both reusable and biodegradable, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. Additionally, our spoon sets are neatly packaged in durable, reusable travel cases, making them perfect for on-the-go use. 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Squishies, your happiness means the world to us! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out at silsquishies@gmail.com. We’re here to help you with a return for an exchange or store credit. Just a heads-up: we can’t accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless they’re faulty.

Return and Exchange Conditions
-To qualify, please return items within 14 days of your order.
- Make sure they’re unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return or Exchange
To make the process as smooth as possible, please email us with your name and and invoice number. Let us know what you’re returning, the reason, and whether you’d like an exchange or store credit. We aim to process returns and exchanges within a week of receiving them, and we’ll send you a notification email once it’s done.

Faulty Items
Oh no! If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we’re truly sorry! Just contact us at silsquishies@gmail.com with your order number, details about the issue, and a photo. We’ll assess the situation and guide you through the next steps. If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement (if we have it in stock) or a refund once we’ve received the returned item. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs.

Welcome to Squishies! These terms and conditions outline how we provide goods and services ("products") to you, our valued customer, when you shop with us at www.squishies.co.nz ("the website").

By placing an order, you’re saying “yes” to our terms and conditions and any additional policies we mention here. If we add new features or tools to our store, those will also fall under these terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally, so please check back now and then. Your continued use of our website after we make changes means you accept those updates.

You must be 18 years or older to shop with us. If you’re purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, please ensure you have the authority to agree to these terms.

General Conditions

If we don’t enforce any part of these terms right away, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived our rights to do so later.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest will still apply, and we’ll adjust the terms to reflect our original intent.

Availability and Supply

We do our best to keep our products in stock, but sometimes things happen. If an item isn’t available, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

While we can’t guarantee that everything will always be in stock, we’ll keep you updated via email. If your item is out of stock, we’ll give you the option to cancel your order if you don’t want to wait for it to come back.

Our shop is designed for personal use only, so please don’t purchase items for resale.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. This means we might limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, and we’ll handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.

Products or Services

We strive to accurately represent our products on the website, but colors and images may vary depending on your screen settings.

We put a lot of care into describing our products, so please check the measurements and details carefully. Prices and descriptions can change at any time without notice, and we appreciate your understanding.

If you receive a product that’s faulty or not as described, please reach out to us in its unused, original condition and packaging. Our refunds and returns policy has all the details.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when eating or using our Squishies products to avoid any hazards and misuse.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and delivery charges are additional. We aim to keep our prices up-to-date, but we reserve the right to change them at any time.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an invoice via email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so you don’t miss anything important!

Sale items do not qualify for additional promotional discounts. We may change or cancel promotions without notice, so stay tuned!

Delivery and Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are not included in the product prices on our website.

We’re happy to deliver to New Zealand street addresses, but please note that we don’t deliver to PO Boxes. You’ll see the delivery cost in your order summary during checkout.

Double-check your shipping address, as we won’t be responsible for orders that can’t be delivered due to incorrect information. Once your order is on its way, we can’t change the address.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly after they’re placed. For more details, please check our shipping policy on the website.

Payment Options and Credit Card Security


All payments are processed securely through Stripe to keep your information safe, and they’re subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’d love to help! Just reach out to us at silsquishies@gmail.com to return your item(s) for an exchange or store credit. Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please send your item(s) back within 14 days of receiving them, and make sure they’re unused and in the same condition and packaging you got them.

You’re responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty). If you’re exchanging an item because you’ve changed your mind, there will be an extra shipping charge for the replacement.

To help us process your return or exchange quickly please email us with your name and invoice number. Let us know what you’re returning, why, and whether you’d like an exchange or store credit. Returns and exchanges typically take about a week to process once we receive them. We’ll send you an email to confirm when your return is processed.

Faults

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at silsquishies@gmail.com. Make sure to include your order number, details of the item, and a photo so we can quickly assess the issue. If the item is indeed faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement (if we have it in stock) or refund once we have the returned item.

We’ll cover the return shipping costs for faulty items. Please inspect your goods upon arrival and return them within the 14-day timeline mentioned above.

Liability Limitation

If you’re purchasing goods or services from us for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 won’t apply. This means any conditions, warranties, and guarantees outlined in the Sale of Goods Act 1908 or implied by law won’t be included in these terms.

We work hard to ensure the information on our website is complete and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we exclude any liability we may have to you for any claim, unless we’ve acted in bad faith.
